Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations Before Opening Sealed Pack Items

  • Customers can request cancellation before the product (sealed pack) is physically opened at the store counter or before the item is handed over after billing.

  • Once the product is unsealed, opened, or tested on customer request, cancellation and refund are not permitted except in cases of immediate manufacturing defects found in-store.

  • For advance bookings, any amounts paid will be refunded (minus applicable transaction charges), provided the item remains in its sealed condition at the time of cancellation.

2. Cancellations in Credit/E-Mandate Transactions

  • Where purchases involve eMandate processing (NACH/auto debit setup), a non-refundable eMandate processing fee is applicable.

  • If the customer cancels the order after eMandate initiation but before item delivery or opening the sealed pack, any advance or down payment will be refunded after deducting eMandate process charges and other payment gateway costs (if any).

  • If the order is cancelled after eMandate approval and item has been opened/delivered, no refund/cancellation is allowed apart from product defects (see below).

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are only processed:

    • If the sealed pack, before opening, is found damaged/defective at the store in the customer’s presence.

    • If PCNL Enterprises is unable to deliver/supply the said item.

  • Approved refunds will exclude processing, administrative, or eMandate charges incurred by PCNL Enterprises.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Items unsealed, used, or tested at the counter on customer request.

  • All transaction, processing, administrative, and eMandate (NACH) charges.

  • EMI interest/late payment charges.

5. Reporting & Request Process

  • Cancellation/refund requests must be raised prior to opening the packed item or within 15 minutes of delivery at the counter for visible defects.

  • Raise a request at the store counter or by emailing shri@pcnltech.com or calling the store.
